Maison Victoire is based in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue in the Vaucluse department of Provence, a town famous for its network of river canals, antique shops, and markets held twice weekly on the 'Isle' - the old town surrounded by water. Our knowledge of the town and the region and familiarity with its local community helps greatly in the quest to find the best property at the right price, and after the sale, to help the buyer with contacts for removals, renovation or even introduction to the English-speaking locals.
Our central location in the Luberon makes us a convenient central point for the renowned historic towns and villages including Gordes, Goult, Menerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Oppéde, Le Baucet, Venasque, Roussillon and Fontaine de Vaucluse. We can also search further afield to Les Alpilles, Avignon, Mont Ventoux, Aix-en-Provence, and areas of the Mediterranean coast.
We are an English and French speaking team, and conduct as much of our business as possible in English so as to help non-French speakers through the complex French property system. We can also arrange translations and organise interpreters for other languages including (but not limited to) Russian, Chinese, Mandarin, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, Flemish, and Hungarian.
Maison Victoire is fully matriculated and regulated under the French legal system. We hold a carte professionnelle, so can legally conduct the entire sales process without charging you any finder’s fee; instead, we take a commission on the sale.
If we do not have the property to fit your requirements within our own portfolio, we also work inter agence, searching the other local agencies to find you the right property. In such cases, the normal agency fee is divided between Maison Victoire and the agency holding the property, so you will not pay any extra.
We can also help you find commercial premises, or even an already thriving business for sale if you would like to set up business in the area.
The director of Maison Victoire, and holder of the carte professionnelle, is Victoria Templeman, BA (Hons) Estate Management (the degree of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
From Perthshire in Scotland, Victoria was previously Overseas Executive of the luxury ski company, Le Chardon Mountain Lodges in Val d’Isère, and prior to that, General Manager of The Scottish Antique and Arts Centre in Doune, Perthshire. With a keen eye for luxury property, skill in price negotiation, and a lifelong passion for Provence, Victoria provides expert representation in the competitive property market, achieving results for buyers and vendors alike.
